Terms of Service — SSE Ads Console
The terms under which this internal application is operated. Effective 2 November 2026.
01Scope
SSE Ads Console is an internal application operated by SSE Digital for its own staff. It is not licensed, sold or distributed to the public, and no account registration is offered.
02Authorized use
The Application may only be used by SSE Digital personnel, and only against Google Ads accounts that the account owner has authorized through Google’s OAuth consent flow or through our Google Ads manager account. Users must comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and all applicable Google policies.
03Read-only operation
The Application reads reporting data only. It does not create, modify or delete campaigns, and does not change bids, budgets, billing or account settings.
04No warranty
The Application is provided “as is” for internal reporting purposes. While we aim for accuracy, figures are derived from the Google Ads API and may differ from Google’s own reporting because of attribution windows, time zones and data freshness. Reports are advisory and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
05Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SSE Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
