Privacy Policy — SSE Ads Console
What Google user data this application accesses, how it is used and stored, and how you can have it deleted. Effective 2 November 2026.
01Who we are
SSE Ads Console (“the Application”) is the internal reporting tool described at ssedigital.com/ads-console, operated by SSE Digital, 19th Floor, Jianye Talent Building, Jianye District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Data protection enquiries: [email protected].
02What Google data we access
After an authorized user grants consent, the Application uses the Google OAuth 2.0 scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to access the Google Ads accounts that
the user has authorized. Specifically it reads:
- performance metrics — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, average CPC;
- account, campaign, ad group and keyword structure;
- search terms that triggered ads;
- the email address of the Google account that granted authorization.
The Application does not read Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service, and it does not modify Google Ads accounts. It is read-only: no campaigns, bids, budgets or billing settings are created or changed.
03How we use the data
Exclusively to produce performance reports and analysis for the owner of the Google Ads account that granted access. We do not use it for advertising personalization, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models that are offered to third parties.
04How we store and protect the data
Retrieved data is stored as report files on SSE Digital-controlled workstations and servers, reachable only by the staff who work on that client’s account. OAuth credentials are stored locally with file permissions restricted to the operating user and are never included in client-facing material or shared with third parties. Data is retained only as long as needed to serve the reporting relationship.
05Sharing
We do not share Google user data with third parties, except where required by law. Report outputs may be delivered to the account owner or to parties the account owner has authorized.
06Google API Services User Data Policy
SSE Ads Console’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
07Retention, deletion and revocation
You can stop access and have stored data deleted at any time:
- Revoke the Application’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for a Google Ads manager account, remove the corresponding user instead.
- Email [email protected] to request deletion of stored report data. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
After revocation the Application can no longer read data from your Google Ads account.
08Changes to this policy
Material changes will be published on this page together with a new effective date.
